A Botanical Photo Frame Card

Good morning,
 
Heidi here to share my first of four projects, using a beautiful set from Craftwork Cards called 'Botanica'.  You can purchase this gorgeous set of papers and die-cuts from Ali's website HERE, at the special price of £15.00 for March only or while stocks last.
 
Over the next four Monday's, I will be sharing a new project using this set.

 
 Firstly, here is a Photo Frame Card that I have made.  These cards are great to give as gifts or lovely as special frames to brighten up a dull corner or bookcase.  I have also decorated the inside of the card using the wonderful papers and die-cut flowers and tags.

Products :
 
Craftwork Cards - Botanica Set
White 15cms x 15cms White Card Blank
Brown Cardstock
White Cardstock
Martha Stewart Border Punch
Tim Holtz 'Victorian Velvet' inkpad
Square Dies in two sizes
Die-Cutting Machine
Double-Sided Tape
Sticky Pads
 
Frame Instructions :
 
(1) Firstly, choose a piece of paper from the stack and cut to measure : 14.5cms x 14.5cms.
(2) Edge with 'Victorian Velvet' inkpad and stick down to card front.
(3) Cut a piece of brown cardstock, 13.5cms x 13.5cms. Punch through centre on each side.
(4) Using square die and die-cutting machine, cut a square from centre of card, edge with inkpad.
(5) Cut a square of white card, 11.5cms square, die cut a smaller square from centre, edge as before.
(6) Stick two frames together and add sticky pads to three sides of squares, edge with inkpad and stick down.
(7) Add birthday banner to to and flowers to bottom of front.
(8) Cut out butterfly from paper, stick down to banner.
(9) Add card candi to flowers and edges.
(10) On inside of card, stick down a piece of brown card, 14.5cms square and a piece of butterfly paper, 14cms squared. Stick together.
(11) Matt 'Best Wishes' onto brown card, stick down.
(12) Add tag, flowers and card candi to sentiment.
